Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients with various forms of cancer
- Performing surgical procedures with precision and followup care
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other specialists
- Conducting and publishing research to advance the field of surgical oncology
- Providing education and mentorship to medical students residents and fellows
- Attending professional development activities and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD/MS) with MCh in Surgical Oncology
- Board certification in Surgical Oncology
- Minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience in surgical oncology
- Proven track record of independent surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
