Job Description

Overview

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the human resources functions within the organization ensuring compliance with employment regulations and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role is vital in maintaining a positive and productive work environment fostering employee satisfaction and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Overseeing recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Leading performance management processes including performance appraisals feedback and coaching
  • Guiding and supporting managers through employee relations issues
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Administering and maintaining HRIS and employee records
  • Designing and delivering training programs for employees and management
  • Managing and resolving complex HR issues
  • Conducting regular assessments of the HR department and implementing improvements
  • Collaborating with senior management to understand and address HRrelated needs and challenges
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures
  • Analyzing data to identify and resolve HR issues
  • Staying current with industry trends and employment legislation
  • Participating in professional development opportunities

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data analysis
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Indepth knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Sound judgment and problemsolving abilities
  • Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus
  • Proven experience in organizational development and coaching
  • Good understanding of recruitment performance management and employee development processes
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
