Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
• Implement best practices for Pega application development
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Pega development team

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega application development
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and its application
• Proficiency in Java SQL and web technologies
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Proven ability to analyze design and optimize Pega applications
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to staying updated with Pega platform advancements and best practices
• Experience in largescale Pega application development projects
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
