Responsibilities
1. To understand the drawings and the feasibility of the same in reference to the site available for execution report any inconsistency to BDM & Senior where desired results will not be achieved
2.Prepare the execution plan of the site in PERT & GANT Chart
3.To ensure that the procurement plan is in line and the material is available as per the planning schedule. Also verify the resource and location for loading and unloading of the material and the basic requirements (Electricity/ Water etc) are available on the site verify the readiness of the site
4.To ensure all the statutory approvals if required are either taken before the initiation of the site or is duly planned as and when required
5.To plan and mobilize the contractor and resources required
6.Ensure all the material on the site is under proper custody of the authorized person (Contractor) and is safe under lock and key to avoid any damage or loss due to theft and pilferage
7. Conduct engineering site audits (Site Survey) to collect structural electrical and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.
8.Synchronizing with the team about Quality & Safety standards during the installation of Solar PV Power Plant
9.Erection Installation testing and commissioning of Solar power plant and provide technical direction during installation startup testing system commissioning and performance monitoring of the solar power plant
10.To execute and monitor solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency as per the approved design
11. Executing the project within the stipulated budget and timeline
12. Adhere to standard operation procedures of quality or safety standards for solar installation work
13.Adhere to checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
14 To report stage wise completion to the Reporting Authority and coordination with the BD team to ensure recovery of the stage wise payment form the client
15. Commissioning of the project and handing over the site to the client with due satisfaction
16. To ensure the generation commitment is achieved with timely visits at the site as per the plan (O&M)
17. Preparation of various progress reports as per the requirement of the management
Qualifications
B.Tech Full Time is preferred in Electrical/ Electronic or Communication or Mechanical Engineering
or
Diploma in either of the above field mentioned above with relevant experience in Solar Photovoltaic System
progress reporting,procurement,solar power systems design,project management,quality & safety standards,solar power,contractor mobilization,solar,commissioning,project,site execution
