Job Description
- Monitor digital platforms for signs of fraud abuse or violations of community standards.
- Investigate reports of inappropriate content or suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve safety processes.
- Provide feedback and actionable insights to enhance platform trust and security.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in trust and safety content moderation or related areas is an advantage.
- Eligible to work and reside in Bulgaria.
