Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Growth & Operations Intern who will be responsible for supporting various business functions and working with crossfunctional teams. You will play a key role in using AI tools to automate workflows and optimize operations across departments. This is a handson role with significant exposure to strategic decisionmaking offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with founders and crossfunctional teams to identify and execute growth strategies.

Utilize AI tools to automate workflows enhancing efficiency in daily operations.

Support operational initiatives across marketing sales product development and customer service.

Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in business growth operations and workflow automation.

Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation (e.g. GPTbased tools or similar platforms).

Excellent problemsolving skills and a detailoriented approach.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
