• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Find candidates matching with the job description (We give you deeper training on the same).
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

• Bachelors degree
• Effective communication skills and great English writing skills (also speaking).
• Quick learner.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and good at browsing deep.
• Highenergy and passion

• Step by step complete training on recruitment process sourcing screening shortlisting.
• Hands on training on deep search for the candidate profiles.
• Time flexibility.
• More you work more you can earn (We dont pay any fixed stipend or salary. But we pay higher commissions on each job positions closure. We pay $1000 to $3000 for each US jobs closure. That is around Rs 83000 to Rs 250000 for each closure. For Indian requirements we pay Rs 5000 to Rs 40000 for each closure).
• Flexibility to work on IT Sales Healthcare Manufacturing Audit Tax Finance roles and seniority roles from mid Junior roles to senior executive level roles.
• If you are for internship we can share internship experience letter after completing the internship tenure.
