Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and resultsdriven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Walltrendz (A unit of Sign Street). In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and boost sales of our unique wallpaper products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home decor and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and implement an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand goals and target audience.
- Identify key trends in the influencer space relevant to home decor and lifestyle.
- Research and identify influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to establish longterm partnerships.
- Develop programs and incentives that enable creators to monetize their content including offering coupons and additional discounts for their audience.
- Implement commission structures that reward influencers based on sales generated through their unique links or codes.
- Develop and oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution including product gifting paid partnerships and collaborative content creation.
- Ensure campaigns meet timelines and deliverables while maintaining brand messaging and quality standards.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that showcases our wallpaper collections in reallife settings.
- Monitor and guide the creative process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers as needed.
- Leverage influencergenerated content across our own marketing channels including social media and website.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing efforts and product launches.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure influencers have the necessary information and materials for effective promotion.
Requirement :
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in influencer marketing social media marketing or a related field preferably in eCommerce or home decor.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and experience in building partnerships with content creators.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design trends.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and social media platforms.
