Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand SCM requirements and design appropriate Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications to align with business processes and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
- Assist in data migration and system integration activities to ensure smooth transition and interoperability.
- Participate in business process reengineering activities to optimize SCM processes and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the documentation and knowledge transfer of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification or relevant professional certifications.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM (Cloud) modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in business analysis requirement gathering and solution design.
- Strong understanding of cloudbased technologies and their application in SCM.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex SCM challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Experience in conducting workshops training and enduser support activities.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of data migration integration and testing methodologies in Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Understanding of change management principles and their application in SCM projects.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and skill development in SCM and Oracle technologies.
- Adherence to best practices in documentation system governance and compliance.
