Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships within the B2B sector. If you are passionate about sales and eager to work in a fastpaced environment this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Identify potential clients through strategic market research networking and client referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients showcasing the value they bring to their business.
  • Maintain strong client relationships ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market shifts to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the management team.
  • Represent the company at trade shows conferences and other events to expand brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in field sales preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Selfmotivated: Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and thrive in a targetdriven environment.
  • Negotiation skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
Additional Requirements:
  • High level of professionalism and a customerfocused approach.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel Word etc.).
  • Passion for sales and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
