Position: Data Analyst/Dashboard Specialist
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Design & Development:
- Develop and implement analytical dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights for various business functions.
- Work with large datasets to build realtime and intuitive dashboards using tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- Customize dashboards based on business needs ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- IT Solutions & System Development:
- Design and develop IT systems and solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in building and maintaining data infrastructure and systems that support dashboard development.
- Ensure data integration data quality and reliability across different systems.
- Problem Solving & Solution Development:
- Analyze business situations identify key issues and define problem statements.
- Develop and implement datadriven solutions to improve business operations and decisionmaking processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts engineers and stakeholders to design customized solutions that address specific business needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform indepth analysis of data to uncover insights trends and patterns.
- Generate reports and presentations to share analytical findings with stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to improve business performance based on data insights.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements understand business challenges and deliver datadriven solutions.
- Present complex technical data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in dashboard development using tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience in designing and developing IT solutions and systems for largescale data analysis.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Proven ability to analyze situations define problem statements and develop effective datadriven solutions.
- Expertise in data analysis statistical methods and performance optimization.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- Certifications in data analytics dashboard development or related fields.
- Experience in working with complex datasets and delivering customized dashboards.
