Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and expertise in Oracle EBS R12 across FIN SCM and HRMS modules. The candidate will be responsible for working on EBS R12 implementations customizations enhancements and developing custom reports integrations and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OAF development for Oracle EBS R12 building custom extensions and enhancements for FIN SCM and HRMS modules.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions using Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
- Perform customization and enhancement of Oracle EBS R12 modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle Reports BI Publisher XML Reports and related tools.
- Design and implement integrations with thirdparty applications using Oracle APIs interfaces and web services.
- Work on developing and managing Oracle Workflows to support various business processes across financials supply chain and HRMS modules.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS R12 modules ensuring smooth functioning of custom solutions.
- Provide technical documentation including detailed technical design documents unit testing plans and support materials.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to assist with system upgrades patches and performance tuning.
- Assist with full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementations including requirement gathering development testing and deployment phases.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and support continuous system improvements through technical innovation.
Required Skills:
- 79 years of technical experience in Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS R12) with a strong focus on OAF (Oracle Application Framework) development.
- Expertise in FIN SCM and HRMS modules in Oracle EBS R12 with strong technical skills in customizing and enhancing these modules.
- Handson experience with custom report development using Oracle Reports BI Publisher and XML Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle APIs PL/SQL interfaces and web service integrations.
- Proficiency in designing and managing Oracle Workflows to automate and streamline business processes.
- Experience in performing customizations extensions and performance tuning for Oracle EBS applications.
- Familiarity with AIM/OUM Methodologies for full project lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on technical innovation and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Oracle Forms Forms Personalization Oracle Alerts and other Oracle technical tools.
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration Cloud for advanced integration requirements.
- Understanding of Oracle EBS R12 security framework including rolebased access controls and user provisioning.
- Experience working in Oracle Cloud environments or transitioning from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud solutions.
