Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the software testing process for multiple projects
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on technical specifications and requirements
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and performance issues
- Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance teams to address and resolve technical issues
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficient test execution
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software products
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide continuous feedback on product quality
- Document and communicate testing results metrics and recommendations to stakeholders
- Research and implement best practices for software testing and quality assurance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Demonstrated expertise in testing techniques methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in test automation using tools such as Selenium UFT or similar
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
