Job Description

Job Title : Business Development Executive
Location : Techno Park Trivandrum
Salary : Up to 6 LPA
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 25 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT services industry demonstrating a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills strategic thinking and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Utilize various lead generation methods such as cold calling networking and other relevant techniques to generate highquality leads.
Evaluate leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment and revenue potential.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM software to meticulously track leads manage opportunities and provide detailed sales activity reports.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide postsales support and followup to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 25 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the services sector.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation techniques and CRM systems.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Demonstrated ability for strategic and creative thinking to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
