We are seeking a skilled and experienced PP Engineer to join our team in the OEM domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling production printers managing installation troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance of printing equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of production printing machines
- Timely installation of new products training of administrators and provide demo on request from sales team
- Preventive/predictive maintenance of machines
- Understand the issues with the product and use specialized trainings to resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate technical support
- Coordination with HO/Central warehouse/Sales/Service team for spare parts etc.
- Responsible for quality of calls achieve expected productivity and TurnAroundTime (TAT)
- Customer Support
- Build good relationship with clients thus improving customer retention and satisfaction
- Assess needs probe and enhance contract penetration with customer
- Monitor and improve print volumes in the assigned territory
- Analyzes existing processes & practices from an improvement perspective.
- Can think of effective changes and makes suggestions Recognizes & builds on new ideas and looks at them objectively
- Can shortlist ideas analyze advantages & disadvantages of approaches by integrating information Communication Articulates with adequate clarity of situation.
