Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions using advanced medical and surgical techniques.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and order diagnostic tests to formulate accurate treatment plans.
- Perform various neurosurgical procedures with precision and expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to academic and scientific advancements in the field of neurosurgery.
- Provide guidance and training to medical staff residents and fellows.
- Adhere to medical ethics and legal standards in all patient care activities.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient records.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding neurological conditions and treatment options.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent degree in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and board certification in neurosurgery.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in neurosurgery with a focus on complex cases.
- Proven expertise in performing various neurosurgical procedures with excellent outcomes.
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy neurophysiology and neuroimaging techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical teams and interact with patients.
