Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing orthopedic surgeries with precision and skill
- Assessing and diagnosing patients musculoskeletal conditions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Utilizing medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment guidance
- Collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Monitoring and evaluating treatment outcomes
- Participating in medical research and continuing education
- Adhering to medical and ethical standards
- Providing patient and family education
- Participating in departmental meetings and activities
Required Qualifications:
- MS/MD/DNB in Orthopedics
- State medical license in Maharashtra
- Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgery
- Strong surgical skills with a focus on precision and patient safety
- Comprehensive understanding of orthopedic conditions and their treatment
- Ability to interpret medical imaging results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuing medical education and selfimprovement
- Capability to work effectively in a teambased healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical ethics and legal regulations
- Clinical experience in a diverse range of orthopedic conditions
- Board certification in Orthopedics
- Experience in trauma orthopedics is a plus
- Leadership skills for surgical teams
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
