1. Scope of Work
The Contractor hereby agrees to provide the following services: (hereinafter Services)
House Cleaning Airbnb Cleaning & Office Cleaning
A. The Contractor agrees to devote as much time attention and energy as necessary to complete each cleaning job: The Company engages the Contractor to furnish the work described in the cleaning checklist provided. The above to be referred to in this Agreement as the Scope of Work. It is expected that the Scope of Work will be completed within the scheduled project date and time.
B. The Contractor shall additionally perform all tasks and duties associate with the Scope of Work set forth above including but not limited to work already being performed or related change orders. Contractor shall not be entitled to engage in any activities which are not expressly set forth by this Agreement.
C. Contractor shall be responsible to the management and directors of Company but Contractors will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule. Contractor shall supply all necessary equipment materials and supplies for all cleanings accepted. Contractor shall be responsible for transportation for completion of tasks and duties set forth pursuant to this Agreement. The Contractor may perform services at his or her own discretion and Company shall only provide general policy guidelines for the premises. Any advice given to Contractor regarding the Scope of Work shall be considered a suggestion only not an instruction.
D. Contractor agrees to furnish the work at the times scheduled and agreed upon. If the Company requests modified or additional services the Contractor shall provide the Company with an estimate of changes to the compensation payable and the impact upon the schedule for completion of the services if any. The Contractor shall proceed with such modified or additional services only upon receipt of written approval by the Company.
E. Contractor agrees to not wear their company branded uniforms while working with Company customers furthermore Contractor agrees to present themselves working for the Company to avoid issues with our customers.
Qualifications:
Must Have: 1 years house cleaning experience
Speak English
Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance(inexpensive)
Your own means of getting to and from clients (on time!)
Your own cleaning products and equipment
Access to a smart phone and email
Requirements
18 or older
Any car
Drivers license
Social Security Number or EIN
Consent to a background check
Choose your own hours in Orange County California
