Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assess diagnose and provide treatment for speech language and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patients needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and recovery.
- Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech pathology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist in California.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
