Travel Allied Health Professional Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by physicians.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively to ensure highquality imaging results.
- Assist in the interpretation of imaging results and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures patient histories and dosage information.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations regarding the handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent.
- Valid state license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine principles procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
