Our client is looking for an Executive/Senior Executives for Bangalore India. This is an individual contributor role in an employeeoriented highperformance environment that emphasizes on spreading Our client Benefits in Bangalore (Karnataka). Your role will entail Generating Leads Qualification of Leads (via various channels) by calling them meeting face to face and selling Our client Healthcare plans to customers and briefing them about the HealthCare benefits of Health Membership Plans.
Responsibilities:
Geographical IntimacyIdentify List of Apartments Schools Offices Places of Worship Etc.
and build relationships with the Decision Makers.
Identify all Major Congregation Points in Your PinCode Gathering of > 20 People.
Carry out Lead Generation Activities in Assigned Pin Code.
Activating & Engaging Community Health Officers.
Generate Interest for the Different Health Benefit Plans.
Setting up scheduled Demos or Followups of prospects with our Tele Sales Team.
Updating task/activities/ relevant information various company platforms
Carry out Right Execution Daily (RED).
Ensure correct Activation at Clinic.
Execute Lead Generation Targets as per OKR by Week.
Sell to High Quality leads who are interested in Member Plans.
Interaction with Community Health Officers as per activity and Calendar.
Daily Journal of Observations Need Gaps and Ideas.
Requirements and skills:
Graduate Degree with Relevant Experience in PreSales/Sales Role/Fresher.
Keen Interest in Healthcare passion for new Business Initiatives.
A knack for sales and positioning an idea Highly creative with experience in identifying
target audience.
Good Communication Skills and proficient in using CRM Analytical Tools.
