Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes
- Providing haircuts hair coloring and hairstyling services
- Advising clients on hair care and maintenance
- Keeping workstations and tools clean and sterilized
- Attending and participating in training sessions to update and enhance skills
- Managing appointments and maintaining client records
- Staying updated on current hair trends and techniques
- Upselling salon products and treatments
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns professionally
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a hairstyling program or relevant certification
- Proven experience as a hairstylist
- Extensive knowledge of hair care products and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Uptodate with industry trends and styling techniques
- Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
- Time management and organizational skills
