Job Description
- Design develop and maintain .NETbased applications ensuring optimal performance scalability and security
- Write optimize and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures and queries to meet the application data requirements
- Work closely with business analysts project managers and other developers to gather requirements and deliver highquality technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of code quality
- Contribute to process improvements by embracing and promoting Agile methodologies.
- Offer guidance and technical support to junior developers fostering their growth and development
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and present solutions in an Agile environment
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies
- Advanced knowledge and handson experience with C# for serverside development
- Strong SQL skills including writing and optimizing stored procedures and queries
- Proven experience with APIs and system integrations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment (onsite/offshore) and manage tasks under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as KnockOutJs or ReactJs
- Handson experience with cloud platforms like Azure including application deployment monitoring and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in the financial services sector lending frameworks or regulated industries
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment
- Domain knowledge in the financial industry. Loan Origination/Management and payment processing a huge plus.
