Job Description
Job Title: Surgical Technologist (FullTime Permanent)
Location: Mattoon IL
Shift: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $25.08 $38.87 (based on experience)
SignOn Bonus: $10000 (with a 2year agreement)
Relocation: Possible relocation assistance discussed during the interview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical team in Mattoon IL. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise and passion for surgical care will make a meaningful impact.
What We Offer- Competitive Pay: $25.08 $38.87 per hour based on experience.

- Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Ensure the proper care handling and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Education & Certification:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
- BLS or CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Experience:
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred but not required.
- Proximity:
- Candidates within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
