Job Description

  • Title: ITIL Remedy/ServiceNow Integrator
  • Hourly Pay: $60.00 c2c
  • # Positions: 1
  • Location: Austin TX Onsite
  • Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
ITIL Remedy/ServiceNow integrator. We are looking for a Service Management Process owner to provide leadership and develop and manage projects which promote IT Service Management principles and guide Infrastructure and Operations maturity using Service Management.
Requirements:
  • Eight (8) years with ITSM and ITIL governance processes.
  • Eight (8) years experience with the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically and know when to apply each type of action.
  • Eight (8) years experience with very strong communication skills: oral written presentation and facilitation.
  • Eight (8) years with technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts.
  • Eight (8) years with IT Service Management knowledge beyond theory. He/she has held roles which implement IT best practices.
  • Eight (8) years with credibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levels.
  • Eight (8) years experience with the ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds business analysts technical experts process owners to articulate and remedy service level issues.
  • Eight (8) years with a good understanding of IT Outsourcing and Managed Services experience.
  • Eight (8) years with statistical numerical and analytical principles and processes.
  • Eight (8) years required with Innovative thinking with service quality and its improvement within limits of costs and business direction.
  • Eight (8) years with adhere to Project Management best practices.
  • Eight (8) years with with ITSM service tools ServiceNow and Remedy.
  • Five (5) years with proficient in the use of Remedy On Demand.
  • Four (4) years with IT Service Management certification ITIL V3 or V4.
  • Four (4) years with PMP Certification.
  • Four (4) years with Business Process Engineering.
  • Four (4) years with Technical Writing/Formal documentation skills.
  • Four (4) years with ServiceNow in use with supporting external business partners. Experience with Cloud service provider AWS.
  • Three (3) years with Training experience.
  • One (1) year experience with ServiceNow security operations. Experience with DevOps tools (Jira Gitlab etc.).
