Ecommerce Operations Specialist

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate store web social and mobile retail channels.
• Oversee ecommerce operations focusing on inventory management order fulfillment platform management and CRM systems in the US marketplace.

• Develop and execute strategies for omnichannel commerce initiatives.
• Recommend and manage the integration of customerfacing functions across various channels including store technologies and loyalty programs.
• Conduct pilot programs for new strategies and ensure successful implementation.

• Oversee digital commerce operations including B2B B2T B2C and D2C models.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in web order management fulfillment processes and inventory management.

• Utilize and manage ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Amazon Etsy Wayfair and Walmart.
• Maintain a strong understanding of ecommerce technologies tools and platforms to optimize operations.

• Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and streamline customer interactions.
• Optimize operational tasks through automation reducing manual processes and improving efficiency.
• Utilize CRM data to identify trends optimize customer engagement strategies and drive sales growth.

• Develop and implement workflows to optimize daily operations and ensure efficient task execution.
• Use project management tools to track progress prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

• Oversee product listings ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions images and pricing across all ecommerce platforms.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations ensuring optimal product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage product lifecycle from procurement to delivery maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage teams ensuring all projects and tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with freelancers and internal team members to ensure efficient task execution.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital commerce.
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape on both the demand and supply sides.
• Proven experience in managing teams and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in digital commerce operations across various models (B2B B2T B2C and D2C).
• Experience with inventory and order management systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities.
• Startup Experience is preferred.
