Now were looking for an inspiring leader to take on the VP (Head) FundRaise role a strategic position for someone who knows how to communicate YourNests story excite investors and bring in the capital to fuel the next wave of gamechanging startups.
How does this role contribute
As the VP FundRaise you will be pivotal in securing funding from new investors while nurturing solid relationships with existing ones. Your role directly impacts YourNest s growth and ensures an exceptional experience for our investors from start to finish.

- Solid understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of fundraising.
- A storyteller at heart able to communicate complex ideas in a way that resonates with investors.
- Ability to motivate and guide the investor relations team while ensuring their analyses are datadriven.
What will you be responsible for
- Building a winning fundraise strategy: Identify potential LPs craft compelling investment theses and create impactful investor materials.
- Networking at the right places: Lead the networking strategy identifying key events and conferences to attend for optimal exposure.
- Positioning YourNest: Leverage inhouse research and branding expertise to ensure YourNest is preferred among potential investors.
- Engaging potential LPs: Independently present YourNest as a toptier investment opportunity and cultivate leads before bringing them to the partner level.
- Building trust: Share relevant data and insights with LPs to build confidence and close deals.
- Investor management: Build and maintain relationships with existing LPs proactively providing necessary documentation and nurturing trust.
- Closing commitments: Negotiate and close fundraise commitments including the ability to secure anchor investors and sponsor capital.

What qualifications must you have
- A graduate in any discipline with an MBA CFA or CA qualification will give you an edge.
- Around 10 years of experience in fundraising preferably in the PE/VC space.
