Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customized Financial Planning: Develop and present tailored financial plans that align with clients individual circumstances balancing both shortterm needs and longterm objectives.
  • Product Recommendation: Guide clients in choosing suitable financial products by thoroughly explaining product features benefits and potential outcomes. Help clients make informed decisions that align with their risk tolerance and financial ambitions.
  • Application Assistance: Assist clients in setting up financial accounts completing insurance applications and managing investment transactions. Ensure a smooth process by explaining each step and addressing any client questions or concerns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular followup sessions with clients to track their progress address emerging needs and adjust financial plans as required. Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat engagement and referrals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest industry trends regulatory changes and financial product innovations. Regularly attend training sessions to deepen your knowledge and refine your client service skills.
  • Target Achievement: Proactively prospect new clients and work to achieve set sales targets by generating referrals and expanding the client base. Develop and implement strategies to reach more people who could benefit from financial services.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
