About the Role
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Amazon Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this
role you will be responsible for consulting brands on best shipping practices tracking shipments and ensuring the
smooth execution of logistical processes. Your insights and recommendations will play a critical role in optimizing our
clients shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with multiple warehouses in India North America Europe and UK.
Management of inventory on Zoho Inventory platform.
Creation of Shipments on Amazon Portal worldwide including from AWD.
Goods Vendor Coordination/Logistics Vendor Coordination for pick up and delivery.
Logistics Cost Management and Efficiency.
Coordination in Dispatch of Shipments via Sea Freight and Track and Trace until Delivery.
Creation of Invoices for Exports.
Managing Compliances of Overseas Duty and Import Tax Invoices.
Consult brands on Creation of Shipments and effectively shipping their inventory.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
1. Minimum 1 year of experience
Managing and executing 200 shipments within Amazon platforms
Knowledge of exports to the US & European markets.
Inventory management
Supply chain coordination
Logistics providers vendors and shipping carriers
2. Skilled in Excel Sheets and other Office/G Suite applications with 55 WPM (Typing Speed) for tracking
shipments managing logistics reports and organizing data.
3. CRM/ERP: Zoho. (Mandatory)
4. Strong communication skills Follow Ups & Emails
5. Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs compliance for the US and Europe to ensure
smooth delivery of goods across borders.
Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):
1. Experienced with tools such as Slack and Asana (or comparable tools) for communication and project
management.
2. Asana Project Management Certification.
3. Experience in SOP Development and process improvement to create efficient workflows within the shipping
process.
