Role Overview:
As a Luxury Travel Consultant you will play a key role in offering personalized luxury experiences to highnetworth individuals. From curated travel itineraries to exclusive lifestyle services such as private events dining and concierge services you will serve as a trusted advisor providing bespoke recommendations to your clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both the luxury travel market and premium lifestyle offerings delivering superior customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals luxury travelers and lifestyle clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop business with highend clients seeking premium travel and lifestyle experiences.
Act as a personal consultant advising clients on bespoke travel arrangements lifestyle experiences events and products tailored to their preferences.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through referrals networking and other leadgeneration activities.
Work to meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to team revenue targets.
Travel & Lifestyle Curation:
Create design and present luxury travel itineraries including private tours highend accommodations private jet charters and exclusive experiences.
Offer lifestyle services such as VIP event access private dining personal shopping yacht rentals or unique experiences working with luxury partners.
Collaborate with toptier suppliers (luxury hotels private villas yachts exclusive events personal shoppers etc.) to provide unparalleled services to clients.
Stay updated on global travel and lifestyle trends highprofile events and emerging luxury destinations.
Client Experience & Support:
Deliver a superior client experience by offering timely tailored and personal support across both travel and lifestyle inquiries.
Handle clients special requests ensuring their needs are met with discretion and precision.
Provide postservice followup seeking client feedback to enhance offerings and ensure repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales within the luxury travel or lifestyle industry with 34 years experience in handling highprofile clients.
Deep knowledge of global luxury travel destinations highend accommodations and exclusive lifestyle services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal with a clientfirst mindset.
Strong negotiation problemsolving and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive approach to building client relationships and growing business through referrals and networking.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools.
A passion for the luxury sector with the ability to offer a consultative approach to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Travel & Tourism Hospitality or a related field.
Previous experience working with high net worth individuals or within a luxury lifestyle management or concierge service.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong network within the luxury travel and lifestyle sectors including contacts in premium hotels concierge services and private events.
