Splunk Expert

• Design configure and implement Splunk deployments offering continuous support for Splunk environments.
• Lead and manage Splunk implementation projects overseeing requirements gathering solution design and deployment planning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to Splunk deployment focusing on performance tuning data optimization and system stability.
• Manage Splunk infrastructure including server configuration index management user authentication and data input monitoring.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and provide meaningful analytics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements understand business needs and ensure successful delivery of Splunk solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams installation guides and standard operating procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and endusers on Splunk best practices use cases and troubleshooting techniques.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Splunk SME with handson experience in at least 3 successful implementations.
• Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech) or relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Splunk Certified Consultant or Administrator certification.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture configurations and Splunk apps development. Experience with other log management tools and scripting languages (Python PowerShell etc.)
• Proven analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse complex data requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
