Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Manage and lead the endtoend project lifecycle for Voice Bio and Gatekeeper implementations.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that clearly outline all phases of execution from initiation to deployment and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Oversee project execution by managing tasks tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders both internal and external across multiple regions and departments.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders project sponsors and external vendors to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Coordination and Vendor Management:
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (technical business operations etc.) and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and guide vendors to ensure that their deliverables align with project timelines and quality expectations.
- Ensure that internal and vendor teams work cohesively to meet project requirements addressing any challenges or gaps in the process.
- Agile Methodology and Leadership:
- Drive an agile mindset within the team by promoting the use of agile practices and processes ensuring that the team adapts to changing requirements and priorities efficiently.
- Lead daily standups sprint planning sessions and retrospectives ensuring that the team continuously improves and adjusts as needed.
- Encourage collaboration transparency and accountability across all project teams.
- Status Reporting and Documentation:
- Publish regular project status reports to key stakeholders providing updates on progress risks and issues.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and KPIs to ensure that projects stay on track and within scope.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans timelines risk registers and status reports for future reference and audits.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution:
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
- Proactively address and resolve any project issues ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and deliverables.
- Shift Flexibility:
- Be flexible in working hours to accommodate the needs of global teams and clients ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing Voice Bio and Gatekeeper project implementations from inception to successful deployment.
- Extensive experience in managing complex multiregional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the agile project management framework (Scrum Kanban etc.).
- Solid understanding of project management tools (e.g. JIRA Asana Microsoft Project etc.).
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to drive performance and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
- Solid understanding of project risk management and the ability to implement mitigation strategies.
- A collaborative and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Voice Bio technologies and their integration within a largescale IT environment.
- Understanding of deployment processes and coordination of resources for seamless execution.
- Experience with tools for tracking project progress managing resources and communicating with teams across geographies.
