What You ll Do
- As Zinance s founding GTM hire you ll be a oneperson powerhouse establishing and refining GTM processes to drive rapid growth in the US startup market.
- Take charge of the outbound campaigns endtoend from lead gen to data sping/extracting contacts setting up the campaigns with sequences experimenting with copies and measuring results via booked calls.
- Setup run and optimize crosschannel campaigns & Ads targeting PreSeed to Series A startups to maximize conversions.
- Initiate & nurture partnerships with relevant VCs and accelerators to increase visibility and create value for startup customers.
- Conduct growth tests A/B campaigns and accountbased marketing (ABM) to engage target clients and increase booked sales calls.
- Identify hire and coordinate with agencies/contractors and consultants to expand capabilities and execute targeted growth initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of the US startup ecosystem to enhance Zinance s positioning ensuring strategies align with market needs and trends.
Who You Are
- You bring 35 years of GTM experience specifically targeting the US startup ecosystem with a proven ability to craft and execute successful GTM campaigns from the ground up.
- You have handson expertise in running outbound campaigns and crosschannel ad strategies from lead generation to optimizing campaigns for maximum conversions.
- Skilled at building and managing partnerships with VCs accelerators and other key players you understand how to create visibility and deliver value to startup customers.
- You re comfortable designing and analyzing A/B tests growth experiments and accountbased marketing (ABM) initiatives with a focus on increasing booked sales calls and driving measurable growth.
- You know how to identify manage and collaborate with agencies contractors and consultants to bring highimpact projects to life.
- Deeply familiar with the US startup ecosystem and understand its unique challenges and trends and you can tailor Zinance s positioning to resonate with the market effectively.
- You thrive in earlystage environments ready to own projects endtoend drive rapid growth and build out the GTM function into a scalable operation.
