Job Description

Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant

The Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Salesforce solutions for clients. This role is essential for ensuring that the organization delivers highquality solutions that meet the unique needs of each client while also adhering to industry best practices. By leveraging their deep expertise in the Salesforce platform the Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements propose innovative solutions and guide client teams through the entire project lifecycle. Understanding the necessity of aligning technology with business goals this position focuses on maximizing the value clients get from their Salesforce investment driving user adoption and overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills exceptional relationshipbuilding abilities and a thorough understanding of cloudbased solutions all of which are critical for designing impactful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend Salesforce project implementations ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements and define project scope.
  • Design robust Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
  • Provide strategic advice on Salesforce best practices and features relevant to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the development of custom Salesforce applications.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation and user manuals for future reference.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with other systems and thirdparty applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers and administrators.
  • Monitor project milestones and performance metrics to ensure timeline adherence.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
  • Foster strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Mentor junior consultants and team members sharing best practices and insights.
  • Assist in presales activities including solution design and demonstrations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or a related role.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Developer Salesforce Certified Architect).
  • Proven experience in solution architecture and Salesforce development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and data migration techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong clientfacing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of industry trends and market conditions affecting Salesforce implementations.
