Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Oversee Dealer Tasks: Ensure all dealer operations run smoothly and in accordance with company policies.
- Stay Updated on Market News: Keep up with the latest financial news and events that affect the company s trading products.
- Manage Client Accounts: Track client account margin and liquidation levels to mitigate risk and ensure smooth trading operations.
- Market Analysis: Utilize both fundamental and technical analysis to understand market trends and make informed decisions.
- Incident Reporting: Report any unusual market events or incidents to your line manager in a timely manner.
- Shift Coordination: Communicate significant market movements to dealers working other shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed daily monthly and yearly reports to track trading performance and operations.
- Ensure Pricing Stability: Consistently monitor price feeds to ensure they are accurate and operational.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the Sales Department to resolve client disputes quickly and efficiently.
Your Profile
- Language Skills: Native/fluent Hebrew speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor s degree in Economics Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the financial sector or financial brokerage is a strong advantage.
- Trading Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with trading platforms is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Good knowledge of both technical and fundamental analysis is a significant advantage.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis (Monday to Friday) with shifts running from 08:00 AM 05:00 PM and 03:00 PM midnight. You will work 40 hours per week with two days off.
