Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce reflected ceiling plans that align with architectural designs and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and interior designers to integrate lighting HVAC and ceiling materials into plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data for planning.
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD Revit) to create detailed and precise ceiling plans.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to reflect ceiling plans for project meetings and client presentations.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to confirm feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies related to ceiling design and installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar.
- Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in commercial or residential design projects is a plus.

Required Skills and Knowledge: - 3-4 years of experience in interior and architecture. - Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time. - Keen awareness of current trends in the art and design scene. - Ability to work effectively with other designers and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes. - Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects. - Proficiency in specialized design software for creating detailed plans and visualizations. - Expertise in creating compelling interior design concepts and supervising project execution. - Skill in producing technical drawings that meet industry standards and specifications. - Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering using tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, VRay, 3ds Max, or Blender. Qualifications skills required: - Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up. - Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of interior design skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Hardworking attitude with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing quality work under pressure. Bachelor s /diploma in interior design or architecture
