We are searching for a dynamic and organisedDigital Marketing Assistant to join the Belstaff team. Youll work with our Digital Marketing Managerthe Brand and Ecommerceteam our CRM and Email Marketing Manager and digital marketing agency tosupport campaign rollout daytoday operations and global channel growth.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with asset briefing and campaign execution acrossperformance marketing channels for all markets
• Ensuring ad copy is aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand messaging
• Coordinating with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Delivering weekly monthly quarterly and adhoc reports as required
• Researching new ad formats and placement opportunities
• Working with the digital agency to implement SEO recommendations
• Optimising onsite content and metadata for search visibility
• Working alongside our affiliate management team on daytoday affiliate partnerships includingonboarding new partners
• Monitoring affiliate performance to improve ROI assisting with commission adjustments
• Managing promotional content and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
• Supporting the CRM and Email Marketing Manager in scheduling building and executing email campaigns that are consistent with our brand from our email service platform
• Working with the translation agency across all email marketingtranslations
• Email marketing competitor research and analysis
• Maintaining campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery across channels
• Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including brand marketing ecommerce andmerchandising

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevantexperience in a previous role or internship within a fashion or retail brand
• Strong Microsoft Office experience particularly Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in fashion/style design and marketing trends
• The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments
• A cando attitude willing to roll up their sleeves and make a vital contribution to a busy andfast paced team/working environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritisea broad and diverse workload
