In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Nordics and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. In Finland Budbee was launched in 2018 were growing and were moving fast.


About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within Ecommerce ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients changing needs

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring terms are favourable to both parties

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery

  • Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management


About You

In order to be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar position before joining us managing complex SAAS solutions preferably in the ecommerce or lastmile space. You have a strategic tactical and consultative mindset and you come up with creative solutions to challenges. Moreover you know how to get things moving in order to produce results. If you have a wellestablished network within the Finnish ecom space thats great but more importantly you have the capacity to challenge your partners and merchants in a way that brings actual value to all involved stakeholders and a track record to prove it. As you can see were looking for someone outstanding and when we review your profile we would like to see evidence of the following:


More About You

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field

  • Fluent in Finnish and English

  • Minimum of 35 years experience in key account management or sales

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
