Job Description

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Physical therapy evaluation and treatment; outpatient inpatient home care and PTA supervision (NO LTC) Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC Computer Charting; Ultrasound EstimTractium Ionto Required skills and minimum years of experience. Ortho and Rehab Skills 1 years experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS MN PT License MN Background Study Shift or schedule requirements. 8430 with some flexibility; MF; Minimal weekend/holiday required Floating to other units/departments. Only Therapy but may float to other locations Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Nice outpatient department with wellness center; 15 bed hospital Dress Code: Casual Dress; Scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Training for EPIC as needed; manager available at all times

Comments:MondayFriday 8 hour varied shifts. Weekend callevery 34 weeks. ***80mile LOCAL Placements*** LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: .
