Job Description
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and management including the ability to develop update and monitor project plans and statuses effectively.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis conducting interviews and leading system design sessions to gather and document user and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT staff and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with specified requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel and related software as is the ability to develop use case scenarios test plans and perform comprehensive application testing.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of user interfaces and navigation within webbased applications.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills along with demonstrated critical thinking analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Ability to facilitate scrum calls and coordinate team efforts.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word PowerPoint SharePoint Excel and OneDrive.
- Solid understanding of data security principles and practices.
- Skilled in developing user guides and serving as a trainthetrainer instructor.
- Committed to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Experience Required:
- 56 years of experience performing in a business analyst role providing expertise and leadership in eliciting and documenting user requirements for large highly complex new systems or system enhancements; ensures functional and technical requirements are fully documented.
- 4 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite SharePoint.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree Computer Science Information Systems or closely related field.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be available for weekly virtual project status meetings.
Background Check:
- The selected consultant will be required to complete the Live Scan (finger printing) in Los Angeles CA before engagement in the project.
