Job Description

Scrum Master/Agile Champion
Atlanta GA (Hybrid)
12 Month Contract




We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master who is handson in managing projects while driving Agile transformation across the business unit. As an Agile Champion you will work closely with teams stakeholders and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and Agile adoption. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional facilitation skills a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a resultsdriven mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe or equivalent Agile certification is required.
  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience driving Agile adoption at scale.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and best practices.
  • Handson experience managing complex projects and delivering businesscritical solutions.
  • Exceptional facilitation coaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams resolve conflicts and build consensus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with metricsdriven reporting (velocity burndown charts cycle time).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and how they align with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations or scaling Agile in large organizations.
Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives) for multiple teams.
  • Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices identifying and resolving impediments effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs prioritize work and refine user stories.
  • Track and report on sprint progress metrics and team performance to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing actionable strategies.
Agile Champion Responsibilities:
  • Act as a change agent promoting Agile values and principles across the business unit.
  • Conduct workshops training sessions and coaching to build Agile capabilities within teams and leadership.
  • Advocate for the adoption of Agile tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and transparency.
  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to align business objectives with Agile frameworks.
  • Develop and execute an Agile transformation roadmap tailored to the business units needs.
