Job Description

What Youll Do:
As an integral part of their team you will:
- Manage Documentation: Receive review and process import documents to ensure smooth shipments.
- Track and Trace Shipments: Keep clients and sales teams updated on shipment status.
- Ensure Accuracy: Process and distribute documentation timely and accurately.
- Provide Solutions: Obtain competitive quotes and identify the best transportation methods.
- Coordinate Customs: Work with brokers and carriers to manage clearances and examinations.
- Build Client Relationships: Communicate effectively with overseas agents transportation agencies and sales teams to maintain strong professional connections.
- Streamline Processes: Continuously seek costreduction opportunities while maximizing revenue.
- Prioritize Customer Satisfaction: Uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
- Handle Billing: Maintain shipment files and ensure billing accuracy within deadlines.
What Theyre Looking For:

- Experience: 25 years in ocean import coordination.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Onsite)
