Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our File Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems preferably GoAnywhere and experience in the healthcare industry. This role involves managing file transfers leveraging ServiceNow for tracking and supporting the ongoing migration to GoAnywhere MFT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set up file transfers (internal and external).
- Track and manage processes in ServiceNow to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the migration to GoAnywhere MFT (currently 3040% completed).
- Utilize Azure DevOps or Jira to manage tasks and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams taking ownership and making informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems; GoAnywhere preferred.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for tracking and workflow management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Exceptional communication and decisionmaking skills.
