Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create curate and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc.).
- Monitor social media trends news and developments to stay ahead of the curve and optimise engagement.
- Manage daytoday social media operations including responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
- Analyse performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Run paid social media campaigns track performance and adjust budgets and strategies to optimise results.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the brand s values and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Google Analytics etc.).
- Creative mindset with excellent writing editing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience with budgeting.
