We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leather Quality Control Specialist to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Summary: The Leather Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the highest quality standards in leather materials used in the manufacturing of safety products. The ideal candidate will have over five years of handson experience in the industry with expertise in evaluating the durability texture and safety properties of leather to meet stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of leather materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Identify and evaluate the durability texture and safety properties of leather.
- Ensure compliance with international safety certifications and standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality control.
- Set up and manage a leather manufacturing plant from sourcing raw materials to production.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the final product meets global safety regulations.
Core Competencies:
- Expert Leather Quality Assessment: Indepth knowledge of various leather types and their suitability for safety products.
- Safety Standards Compliance: Ensuring products meet or exceed international safety certifications.
- Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining the manufacturing process for efficiency and quality control.
- Plant Setup and Management: Practical experience in setting up and optimising a safety leather manufacturing plant from sourcing to production.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of handson experience in the manufacturing of safety leather products.
- Strong knowledge of leather quality control and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
