This is in line with the governments obligation & plan to upgrade 500000 Irish homes by 2030. This is being driven by generous grants.
In line with our strategy for expansion we have purchased a larger facility which we are upgrading and will comprise of a warehouse and offices. The offices will be state of the art including a showroom training facilities customer meeting rooms and virtual meeting pods to cater for the evergrowing requirement for online consultations and presentations.
The successful applicant for this Junior Design Engineer role will support our Design department responsible for our Solar PV system designs preparation of underfloor heating and radiator designs heat loss calculations for heat pumps and review of electrical and mechanical schematics.
Some travel to site may be required occasionally full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical design support
Electrical & Mechanical Schematics
Preparation of underfloor heating and radiator designs
Heat loss designs for heat pump systems
Liaising with clients at system design stage
Design support for Architects/BER Assessors/Consultants and Engineers
Adherence to Health Safety and Environmental regulation
Any other duties as reasonably requested within your capability to perform.
12 years work experience in a design role desirable
Degree in mechanical electrical or renewable energy discipline
Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or other related design software
MS Suite Excel CRM database experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full clean valid driving licence
