Requirements of the Endoscope Reprocessor (CER):
- Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)
- Experience with scope reprocessing
- High School Diploma / GED
Responsibilities of the Endoscope Reprocessor (CER):
- The primary responsibilities of this role include providing onsite support for the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes and related devices and equipment.
- This position is also responsible for ensuring that all reusable surgical supplies instruments and equipment are properly decontaminated inspected assembled packaged sterilized stored inventoried and appropriately tracked in accordance with the established departmental and or hospital policies and procedures.
