Augere Offshore is looking for a motivated Roustabout to join our offshore drilling team. The Roustabout will perform various manual tasks to support drilling operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the rig. This entrylevel position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the offshore drilling industry.

Requirements

• General Labor: Assist in the general maintenance and cleanliness of the drilling rig including the deck and work areas.
  
• Equipment Handling: Help in the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
  
• Support Operations: Assist rig crew members in various tasks including rig up and rig down operations as well as during drilling activities.
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the rig.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members demonstrating teamwork and effective communication skills.
  
• Material Management: Help with the inventory of materials and supplies reporting any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Experience: No prior experience required; however experience in a manual labor or construction role is a plus.
