Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Production Processes:
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Perform regular quality checks during production.
- Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensure compliance with the companys quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
- Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
- Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)

Gender: Male & Female
Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.

Benefits
Stipend:- 17000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16000 per month for ITI holders
Overtime: Occasionally available
Food & Transport:- Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
- 500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation
