• Conducting requirements and scoping workshops with customers delivery partners and sales teams.
  
• Acting as the technical lead for major network deployments and migrations including producing designs validation and migration plans.
  
• Leading the implementation and execution of network plans.
  
• Evaluating customer networks for performance scalability and security and providing recommendations to improve configurations and topologies to prevent potential issues.
  
• Developing and maintaining deep technical expertise in the product portfolio.
  
• Collaborating with internal technical teams to optimize product placement and enhance features for reliability availability and serviceability.
  
• Partnering with colleagues and customers to test design and plan deployments of new products and features.
  
• Supporting networks in the early stages of deployment.
  
• Formulating effective network management strategies.
  
• Ensuring all aspects of engagements align with delivery processes in coordination with the Project or Program Manager.
  
• Leading Professional Services projects on larger engagements coordinating broader delivery teams or acting as a project manager when appropriate to oversee network implementations.
  
• Delivering training and Knowledge Transfer workshops to partners and customers.
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers technical teams and management.
  

• Participating in workshops reviews and discussions with customer design test and engineering teams.
  
• Reviewing customerprovided technical information.
  
• Contributing to discussions around design testing validation and implementation of solutions.
  
• Leading technology workshops as required.
  
• Providing expertise and recommendations on best practices in design implementation migration planning and validation/testing.
  
• Creating documentation such as Assessments HighLevel Designs LowLevel Designs Test Plans and Implementation/Migration plans.
  
• Recommending configurations and parameter values for equipment and solutions.
  
• Offering technical documentation and information about solutions and technologies.
  
• Assisting with handovers to operational teams or assigned technical representatives.
  
• Supporting migration planning and execution to minimize downtime.
  
• Providing ongoing informal knowledge transfer on solutions and technologies.
  
• Advising on and demonstrating new software and hardware features as needed.
  
• Supporting customerdriven testing offering technical feedback on products and test validity.
  
• Tracking and reporting issues identified during testing implementation and migration
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience with core and edge network technologies including BNG and timing applications.
  
• Expertise in JUNOS/JUNOS Evo at a JNCIE qualification level with practical experience in ACX platforms (preferred) as well as familiarity with MX and PTX platforms (beneficial).
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of underlay/overlay networking and IP networking including proficiency in major routing and control protocols.
  

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Python.
  
• Strong expertise in Network Monitoring and OSS/BSS/IT integration.
  
• Indepth understanding of design principles and operations in Service Provider (SP) networks.
  
• Advanced knowledge of IPrelated protocols including core networking protocols at the routing/control level.
  
• Proven experience in designing and deploying serviceprovider scale networking solutions with specific expertise in largescale MPLS deployments and IPv6 implementations.
  
  

• Experience with timing solution implementation particularly PTP.
  
• Familiarity with deploying and implementing Juniper Paragon.
  
• System integration expertise using RESTful APIs or other methodologies.
  
• Working knowledge of Cisco platforms and their interaction with JUNOS.
  

• 610 years experience in delivering Systems into Telco and/or DC environments and integration into OSS/BSS/IT in Service Providers and/or very large Enterprise customers
  
• Minimum of 5 years in a customerfacing/Consultative roles
  

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar discipline
